Parking Rules in Hyde Park Abandoned on Sundays

Do I detect some unspoken favored treatment of the Hyde Park Community United Methodist Church attendees? Maybe all the churches get this - I just happen to be closest to HPCUMC. It seems like parking rules are suspended for Sunday mornings. This would be Cincinnati Police on the job, so to speak.
